Every piece is sent through Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (from the UK) to guarantee a secure arrival for your new collection, no matter where you are in the world. While I manage the creation and packing with the utmost care, please note that any postal delays or international delivery times are outside of my influence and vary by country. To protect your order, I ship TCG cards in toploaders and use rigid cardboard mailers for prints. Please be aware that all customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
Creating custom art is a journey that usually takes between 2 to 5 weeks to complete before your order is ready for dispatch. I value our connection, so I will provide consistent updates throughout the process to keep you informed of your piece's progress. Once your artwork is finalized and prepared for its journey, I will contact you to settle the final payment before shipping. For my international friends, please note that shipping times depend on your local courier.
